A year from moving into our new office, we’re expanding!

Who can remember us announcing we’d moved into an actual office in November last year? Well we’ve only gone and expanded!

Since the company was born, back in 2009, Wingman was run out of a cabin in a beautiful sleepy village. We did some of our best work in there, had many laughs and the business grew from strength to strength. In September 2020 when we took on Becca, Media & Technology Co-Ordinator, the cabin was no longer big enough so at the end of 2020 we moved into Harlaxton House which is just off the A1 between Newark and Grantham and is part of Long Bennington Business Park.

Moving meant that we could all safely work in the same office at the same time and within the latest government guidelines but also since then we have taken on two additional team members, Lee Dean, Consultancy Manager, and Hollie Bullock, Business Support Co-Ordinator, and we are also delivering virtual learning.

Our newest expansion means that not only has our office space expanded but we also have room to host visitors, have strategic meetings, plan for workshops plus have a separate meeting room, an operations room as well as two virtual training rooms.

We can’t thank our clients enough for believing in us, supporting us and sticking with us during what has been the toughest 18 months most businesses have seen in a long while.
